Yeah I was going to change my call sign to WW2guy because that's all I would hear on the field. There goes the WW2guy... hey ww2guy! :)

Now... I'm no longer the only ww2guy on the field!

Damn good recruiting there shifty! Two new guys always welcome.

Hey Lee, it's not recruiting yet. Just chit chat so far. Need a WW2 game at FR or Finch's field in the fall and hopefully they'll come and check things out.

There's the WWII game scheduled at the Udora field in Oct. that ladytresse is hosting get them to go to that one. The next WWII game that I will be hosting will be in Nov.

This is an airsoft forum.
That is an airsoft gun.
We are in Canada, you are in the US.
Look in the US for a real steel Garand, probably much easier to find.

So finaly got the most of my field gear and a pair of ATF Jackboots to round out the impression.
The uniform isnt exactly period correct as I added insignia and collar tabs etc, but it looked okay and decided what the hell.

It's a P38 holster with a P38.

Definately needs to get dirty, I agree. I was thinking about rolling around the back yard in it, but the neighbors might think I've totaly lost it.
