Quick importation questions(NOT GUNS!)
 

I'm looking at doing an order from EBAirsoft for my broke-ass GR16, however I just want to check some things before I do.
I'm looking at getting
5 Magpul PTS PMAGs(not the version with the mag level window)
DBoys 7mm Gearbox
Troy folding sight(rear)
JG Charging handle

Am I going to have to worry about the magazines clearing customs? Better yet, what kind of compatibility issues am I going to have with these parts?

Everything but the mags will come through with no hassel however the mags im not sure of sorry. But in my opinion they should come through easily as other mags but then again i dont know 100%

Doesn't look like you'd have any trouble. Only mags with fake bullets would cause a hassle, and yours don't, so they're okay.

Then again, you could get a customs officer who's having a shitty day...

1/2 right, they are not restricted so long as they do not contain dummy ammunition (ie. sig552 mag with fake bullets at the top - that would be a restricted item)

I was trying to stay away from the mags with fake rounds for that exact reason.

Thanks for the help! My next question is, is that DBoys gearbox compatible with a G&G gun?

PaddMadd as ebaybanned had free shipping why don't you place a second order for the mags so if they get seized or delayed you receive the rest of the items no problem.

As long as you purchased the correct mechbox version then it should be compatible.
Whether or not if it will be a perfect fit is questionable. I cannot for see any large issues that cannot be resolved with some slight filing if any at all.

I'm definitely going with a V2, however I've noticed that the DBoys gearbox has plastic bushings, and the JG gearbox has ball bearing bushings, and is $1 cheaper.

Suggestions?
