WE M4 Outer Barrel Crush Washer
 

A search yielded little results so I am terribly sorry if this has already been covered on here.

As most owners of the WE M4 probably already know, removing the delta ring usually ends up chewing up the o-ring used for a crush fit on the outer barrel. I've recently noticed that on certain sites retailing real-steel AR-15 parts that they sell a crush washer for the outer barrel which looks much more robust and of higher quality.

My question is whether or not anyone has had experience in installing one. Will it work? Fitment issues? Etc.

and it worked well. It comes with 4 different sizes.

If you have them lying around...the oring off of a AEG piston head will do.
