Oh boy I know this is gonna get alot of annoyed people, with difference of opinions

But

Used to play alot, took time off to start a family, and I wanna get back into action.

Money isn't an issue, so what's the best M4 and AK models today?

Used to shoot systema, when it was a big deal, now all I can kind of decipher is TM and Krytac is the new and cool

M4 - VFC (out of the box VFC BCM gearbox is great , also great platform for upgrades)

AK - LCT (upgrade potential + solid build)
