Broken slides on pistols

Is there any way to fix a snapped slide (it's not completely snapped off)?

It's a vertial crack down one side of the slide and it makes the gun cock awkwardly...any solutions? I tried super glue, duct tape, but nothing seems to hold it properly.

Buy a new metal slide.

it would help if you mentioned what brand/model gun it was.

basically, your gonna need to replace it and stop using propane in the gun unless you upgrade it to metal.
