The red eye sight [56k go get a sandwich]
One of those realy odd happenstances of the game.
ftp://ftp.iqstorage.com/solomance/Redeyerds.JPG edit trimed down the img a bit as it was too large. |
Holy sh^t, sorry for your loss. I would like to know what gun shot it, how far away, fps on the weapon... Come one ma n you have to tell the story lol

same thing happened to mine a while ago... weird that the crack looks like a pot leaf.

Seriously though, that does look like a pot leaf! That's a keeper. |
that will happen, the only sight that doesnt have a protecter on it is my absolute cheapest one.
P.S. smoke! |

damn that looks cool, too bad for the loss, but makes a nice trophy: "the shot that DIDNT kill you" |
perfect examples to show noobies why they need paintball approved goggles
|
hah, that goes on the mantle! and of course Jon would point out the pot leaf design haha

Happened at TTAC3 don't know what hit me. Didn't notice till the next round.
I thought it was hilarious though and defiantly keeping it for a conversation piece. on that note anyone have an RDS for sale? :D |
i have a KA aim point replica $90 pm me if interested
|
|
Em I the only one that notices that the crack is on the eye piece side? (at least thats what it looks like to me), which is a much less common shot...I can understand the front lens, but the back?
Cheers, Alex |

Red dot sights don't have your eye up against them though, so the rubber is not for the eye. Also, the red tint on it is to reduce glare is on the opposite side of where you put your eye. The crack is on the front. :) |

Ummmm......the inner lense is the ruby colour, therefore it is NOT the eye relief side. |

Oh well. Cheers, Alex |
