#2 orange tip means shit, go brandish a AK47 or an M4 with an orange tip in the street. Cops will still take it as you having a real gun since any idiot could paint the tip of a RS orange.

There's nothing in there about airsoft.

There are several CO2-powered blowback Desert Eagles in .177cal (pellet/BB), including an IMI-licensed version.

Plus the fact that this is american news. No foreseable effect here for so little.
