Hi im planning to buy some part from WGC shop and i want to know if it a good shop Someone have some positive type or negative type ????

Anything that is not import restricted I generally order through them.

I'm not a fan of them... They've got good service and everything like that.. but their prices are a little high, their shipping costs are above average price and the check-out cart isn't very good.

I prefer www.redwolfairsoft.com and www.ehobbyasia.com

Customer service is good. I ordered a CIRAS from them once and they shipped me the wrong version. They told me to ship it back and they gave me store credit for what the return shipping cost was.

i can vouch for that. they have excellent service!

I hate that I can't pay by credit card or Paypal, that makes me not want to use them unless I have to.

I'm sure they have their reasons for it, and those reasons are totally not my problem: eHobby and RedWolf get my business instead.

Good service? What do you call TWO MONTHS for a sales quotation!?!?

From my experience and the experience of those I know I'll sum it up.

SLOW ...ridiculously slow, can't follow instructions (it's bad enough they are Hong Kong folks) and finally, it's all so they can get you by the balls with store credit.

they seem to have most of the quotes I ask for within 48 hours...

WGC is good... just the shipping cost is killing.

but redwolf just carry few items on the webpage.... do I have to register to see all everything? or they really just carry those few things only?

Never had any problems with them.

My quotes were in a day or two, and
they do let me pay with Paypal. Shipping
is high in most shops, Den Trinity is the
worst that way. But when a shop has
the part you need you'll bend over.

I'd recommend UNC over all else, spent
thousands with them, and they've gone
above and beyond for me in the past.
Their website is slow and bloated though.

Oh for people who don't know, when an
Asian shop takes Paypal they always
force you to accept the Express shipping
option, this costs double the local rate
but it gets them a tracking number, in
case an item gets lost and you file a
dispute with Paypal, they're covered.

It's because on redwolf, only the latest 2 items shows in each category. You will need to select the proper sub-category on top of the page to get more.

weird i usually get my quotes within 24 hours.
