aright guys, it's pretty simple. Go to your local hardware store and puy a lot of a glue called shoo goo. It's a permenent adhesive thats dries clear. Once you have that go get netting (best is 1x1in squares), you probably want to get about 10x10. Cut the netting to the whatever you want it for, for a stalker ghillie suit you will probably want to cut it the the front and back of your shoulders and you head. Attach the netting with the shoo goo, just spread the shoo goo out with a knife. You probably want to just gloo the netting on the sides of your BDU. For the hat i would recommend sewing the netting on ( just how i do it but you can do it however you want).

edit: for netting you can buy badminton netting or anykind of strong netting from cad-tire. there will always be badminton/volleyball netting there
