Internals are tough as nails. Everything is reinforced out of the box. Replacement parts (the few proprietary ones) are readily available from Redwolf (not sure who else carries them).

The biggest (and only issue) I'm aware of is people have issues with the hopup. I've had no such issues with mine, but that seems to be the issue that seems to pop up repeatedly. And to the best of my knowledge, it's a standard AK hopup unit, meaning it's easy to replace if it becomes problematic.

If you get one of the old guns that shoots 300-ish FPS, it's a good idea to replace the hopup rubber with a soft type, as the hard rubber will overhop at low velocities. If you have one of the newer ones with the high velocity, the stock rubber is fine.
