With the plastic mag catch,thats your issue. Just replace it with a metal one. Other than that I just put a short wrap of tape at the base of the mag so it doesent just drop outa the gun,so it helps keep all my mags snug as well there easy to see if you drop them (I use white & yellow tape). You'll have to play with the tape alittle bit as if you have too much,it'll be a bi*ch to take in & out. I have about 12 mag's and don't have any of these issue's anymore with any of them after installing the metal mag catch (Guarder) if you have one of the other brand catch then I can't speak about them as I'v heard some are made of a softer metal,and that might be the issue it's self.
