If you find that your Ad-Block software prevents you from accessing your SBCGlobal email account, you should consider disabling the software to resolve the issue. You can follow the steps below to disable Ad-Block for the SBCGlobal webpage:

• Step 1: Open the browser where Ad-Block is installed and go to SBCGlobal.
• Step 2: Open the settings, go to ‘Extensions’ and click the Ad-Block icon.
• Step 3: Click the option that says ‘Don’t run on pages on this domain.’
• Step 4: Save the changes and try and sign in to your SBCGlobal email account once again.
