Oh in regards to the seller sending used items. My M500 was clearly never opened. But when I opened the ACOG, I found the battery was already installed, and there are marks on the adjustment knobs from being adjusted with a screw driver. However thats is. There doesnt seem to be any other marks, not even a smudge on the lense. I would assume someone may have handled this before, or it could have just been the seller checking to make sure if it worked (I doubt it I guess)? Who knows, but I'm happy with everything so far.
