There's a lot of info on springs...but the short version is..
some springs are labeled as %...where 100% is ~290fps w/ 0.20 (aka "stock", TM, m90)
---so, approximately, a 110% spring is 290 + (10% of 290) 29fps = ~320fps
some springs are labeled in Meters/Second...where a M90 is roughly "Stock" = 90m/s * 3.3 ft/m = 297fps
---so, a M110 spring is 110m/s * 3.3ft/s = 363fps
170% = 493fps
M170 = 561fps
The gotcha is that it's all approximate and dependent on quality/precision of your parts and assembly. The other gotcha is that some spring makes are just guestimates and may vary wildly between batches.
