Since the TF7 is a clone and came with the battery the battery may just be a dud. Happens alot with clone batteries. If you don't hear grinding when you fired then the only way to check is to disassemble the gun bend the connectors. Don't worry they are pretty solid. and reassemble. At this point test fire again. If it still doesn't fire the battery is junk.

Also make a note when disassembling the mp7 as to where the wires go. You do not want them mixed up. A digital camera or cell phone cam comes in handy for this task.
